This place was amazing! I ordered the TNT roll it was one of the best sushi rolls I’ve ever had. What put it over the top is how it’s served. They light the tray on fire to warm it up a little. Next I got the combination lo mein. All the proteins perfectly cooked the dish is well seasoned and as I am a spice head they totally rocked the request to make it spicy. My server was so friendly and knowledgeable it was very appreciated. Overall if you don’t give this place a try you are really missing out!

My husband and I absolutely love Ichiban Sushi — it’s become one of our go-to spots for dinner dates. Every time we come in, the staff is welcoming and the service is quick and friendly. The vibe is relaxed, which makes it perfect for an easy date night or a casual dinner when we’re craving sushi. The rolls are always flavorful and satisfying, and there’s a great variety to choose from. We’ve tried several different ones and honestly haven’t been disappointed. The prices are also really reasonable for the quality you get, which we appreciate. Check them out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I came here for sushi and accidentally achieved inner peace. The atmosphere? Immaculate. It’s the kind of place where you sit down and immediately feel like your life decisions might not be that bad after all. The lighting is perfect, the vibes are elite, and somehow everyone inside looks 12% cooler just by being there. The food though—absolute disrespect. Every bite was so good it felt personal. The sushi was fresher than my New Year’s resolutions, and each roll tasted like it was handcrafted by someone who genuinely loves you and wants you to succeed. I had to pause between bites just to emotionally process what was happening. Service was on point too. Friendly, fast, and somehow always there exactly when you need them, like sushi ninjas with excellent timing. I would 100% come back. I would bring friends. I would bring enemies and turn them into friends. If sushi places had a Hall of Fame, this one would already have a gold jacket. Five stars isn’t enough but that’s all the app will let me give. Incredible. Life-changing. Would let this place cater my wedding, my birthday, and my emotional breakdowns.
The gorgeous interior is matched very nicely by the delicious sushi. They accommodated our modifications and the service was very prompt. We were especially impressed by the incredible fried sushi. We really liked the "Burning". Definitely going to be our new lunch spot in Sandy!
Genuinely so impressed with this place. The employees were all SO nice and welcoming, don’t see any of them stop smiling once. They answered all of my questions simply and clearly. The whole restaurant was clean and well kept. 100% would love to come back soon!!
